The list of all the candidates for the Proposed Special Election for the Mayor of Memphis is getting long (I say proposed because you never know what King Willie will do). He’s already filed for his pension and delayed his resignation to make sure he gets that pension. Several of his cronies have already resigned as well. Those actions, combined with Willies’ newfound dislike for Steve Cohn

and desire for his seat in Congress point to him finally going away this time.

Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler of local and national wrestling fame said this morning he is going to run in the City of Memphis’ special mayoral election.

Janis Fullibooze

According to the Commercial Appeal Memphis City Councilwoman Janis Fullibooze has been indicted on three misdemeanor charges related to driving on a revoked license. Apparently sheriffs deputies arrested her this morning and impounded her car
